A full Roof Replacement is a major investment, and Ray homeowners deserve a crew that explains every material option instead of pushing whatever's easiest to install.
We also coordinate Roof Replacement timing around Ray weather patterns, scheduling tear-off days when the forecast gives us the best chance of staying dry.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Every Roof Replacement crew lead's credentials are verified before your project is scheduled.
Local Ray crews mean your Roof Replacement start date isn't pushed out for weeks.
Material and labor costs are broken out separately in every Roof Replacement estimate.
We match material choice to Ray's climate exposure, not just the lowest bid.
Here's the full breakdown of what a Ray Roof Replacement project with us covers.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
Architectural shingles are installed to manufacturer nail patterns and exposure specs, not a rushed approximation.
Metal replacement costs more upfront but often outlasts asphalt by decades in the right climate.
Poor attic ventilation shortens the life of a new roof, so we assess and upgrade it as part of most Roof Replacement jobs.
We protect landscaping and driveways during tear-off and do a full magnetic nail sweep before leaving.
A Roof Replacement project involves more coordination than a repair call, so we keep communication clear at every stage.
A crew lead inspects your Ray roof in person and measures the full scope of work.
You get a full written estimate covering materials, labor, and disposal before any tear-off is scheduled.
Once approved, the crew completes the Roof Replacement to manufacturer spec and provides full warranty documentation.
Full tear-off and reroof, three days start to finish, and the yard was spotless after.
